Coronavirus (COVID-19) FAQ's

Q: Are you still operating/Can I still order from you?

Yes we are still accepting online and telephone orders and will be able to get your orders to you as usual.

It is vital to us that we have all procedures in place to support the health and wellbeing of our employees, you our valued customers, across the entire journey of your order. We are following all official guidelines from the UK Government, World Health Organisation and Public Health England to avoid the spread of COVID-19, including:

- Compulsory minimum 2 metre distances between staff at all times
- Providing hand sanitiser and ensuring frequent and proper hand washing
- Cleaning high contact points more frequently

Q: Is it safe to receive parcels?

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

All our staff and delivery couriers are fully informed of the precautionary safety measures in place to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

Q: If I am in isolation how will they deliver my parcel?

All delivery couriers have been advised to reduce contact with customers. Orders can be requested for safe place delivery (where available).

If you’re worried about receiving a delivery or have any questions regarding the measures or procedures we have put in place please ask us on 01730 813169 or email info@middletonpress.co.uk
