Hastings Tramways

A fleet of 65 four-wheeled tramcars once climbed the steep hills inland and ran along eight miles of seafront, faithfully serving residents and holidaymakers alike. They are illustrated in many busy streets, on the elegant promenades and on peaceful Wealden country roads. The album also gives a fascinating insight into the Dolter stud system of current collection.
